Angels needed

My little sister has taken on a huge roll. when my aunt robin passed, she decided to take in Robins dog Hershey. Hershey has been through a great amount. As aunt robins ex boyfriend use to beat and mistreat her. My aunt robin was blind and for that I do not think she had any knowledge of Hershey`s physical health. So far my sister has already put 500+ for vet visits. And now is in need of great help because Hershey needs to travel to grandrapids to have her eye removed.
